Meet Our Providers

Jaime Payne, M.D.
Jaime grew up right here in Gig Harbor and swam for the GHHS Tides. After high school, she attended the University of San Diego where she swam all 4 years for the Torero’s. She completed both her Medical Doctorate (MD) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. Residency training in Family Medicine was at Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA. She spent the first 13 years of her career doing full spectrum Family Medicine in Tacoma, WA.
Areas of practice interests include: Infant and Pediatric care; Women’s healthcare, Sports medicine & Musculoskeletal care (including local joint injections), Chronic disease management, and Preventative healthcare.
She is married to her husband, Joel, and has 4 young children. In her spare time she is involved in different ministries at her local church, volunteers at her kids school, reads books, travels, cheers on her kids at their different sporting events/regattas. Boating and water/downhill skiing are some of her favorite outdoor things to do in the PNW.

Pami Olesen, ARNP
Pami Olesen is a family nurse practitioner and graduate from Duke University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Global Health Certificate, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Fullerton, and Bachelor of Arts in Music from Biola University. Prior to joining the PFMC family, Pami has had a diverse career with a focus in women’s health, pediatrics, and global health. Some of her favorite prior jobs include working as a practicing provider and clinical director of a busy birth center in the Philippines, an HIV clinic in Tanzania, teaching nursing students from around the world, and even driving an ambulance in Manila! In addition to PFMC, Pami is on faculty at Northwest University. Pami is passionate about caring for individuals across the lifespan and often multiple members of the same family across generations, from newborn to Nana. She believes in a shared decision-making approach between the patient and provider to achieve healthcare goals.
Outside of work Pami loves to explore the PNW with her husband, travel across the globe, get lost in a good book, and play with her pup, Paddington.
